Designed specifically for service-focused organisations

Service-focused organisations have a unique set of challenges and variable levels of resources, which our solutions have been specifically created for. Typically we see:

Processes that are heavily manual or partly automated (sometimes being managed by self-build systems), often with low user adoption.

Large external consultancy firms are not in place to support change, so change has to be managed by in-house resource and along-side BAU, and there is a need for guidance and clarity on industry best-practice.

A range in the number of dedicated Procurement resources, from zero to many, which impacts the type of solution required.

Budgets that are limited and the need for robust business cases, often requiring upward management to get stakeholder buy-in.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is Source-to-Pay software?

Source-to-Pay (S2P) software connects strategic sourcing, procurement and financial operations in one end-to-end process. It covers everything from supplier sourcing, supplier relationship management (SRM) and contract management to purchasing and invoice payment.

By integrating these activities into a single, streamlined workflow, S2P software helps organisations:

    • Maintain full spend control and compliance.

    • Minimise supply-chain risk.

    • Reduce costs of goods and services.

    • Digitise and automate processes for efficiency and accuracy.

How does Source-to-Pay differ from Procure-to-Pay?

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) focuses on the transactional side of procurement, managing the process from purchase requisition to invoice payment. It ensures compliance, speeds up invoice processing and controls spending once suppliers and contracts are already in place.

Source-to-Pay (S2P), by contrast, covers the full end-to-end process, including strategic sourcing, supplier selection, contract management and procurement through to payment. S2P integrates both the strategic and transactional elements, helping organisations not only manage spend but also optimise supplier relationships, contracts and sourcing decisions.

In short: P2P = transactional efficiency; S2P = strategic control + transactional efficiency.
